How do you upload files?

Uploading files is a breeze. Simply log in and click the upload button, then browse and select the files before clicking 'OK'. Alternatively, you can drag and drop them into the workspace for faster access.

Additionally, you can create folders to organize your files and upload directly to them. Right-click on the workspace, select 'New folder', provide a name, and click 'OK'. Once the folder is created, double-click it to open, and then drag and drop your files into it to begin uploading.

What are workspaces?

Workspaces allow you to organize your content and files into different groups. For example, you can use workspaces to separate business files from personal ones.

Additionally, you can invite other QikPIk users to your workspaces for collaboration and sharing of common files.

Please note that only the Flex plan and above plans include workspaces.

How do subscriptions work?

When you sign up for a storage plan, your subscription begins on the day you sign up. Then, every 30 days, you will be rebilled for the price plan you selected. If you upgrade to a new plan during your billing cycle, your new plan takes effect immediately, and you will be prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
